Show systems you scaled under measured load, the bottlenecks you found and the cost and reliability tradeoffs you made.
Your first outcome
Baseline one critical path, load-test it and ship an evidenced capacity or efficiency improvement.
How success is measured
Latency percentiles, throughput, saturation, error rates and cost per active workload.
