A contact or lead can now be owned by a group. The group shows in the Owner column, you can filter contacts by group, and group members see those leads when they filter by themselves, so they no longer count as Unassigned. In workflows, Update contact can hand a lead to a group or rotate it round robin among its members, Create task gives every member of a group their own task, and Send notification can reach a whole group.
