When you import a business profile, directors and company secretaries who hold no shares are now added as Officers with their filed position (for example Director or Secretary) shown in a new Officer role column, instead of being labelled Founder or Employee. Nobody is marked as a founder unless you choose it, so founder and employee counts no longer include corporate-secretary staff.
