Leave now has a Payroll sync view that shows who is not linked to a Xero employee, suggests matches by name, start date and email, and links them all in one click. Each staff profile has a Linked Xero employee field, Team Balances shows a Xero status badge for each person, and the HR dashboard warns you when payroll employees are not linked, with a Fix button. Leave that was skipped is sent to Xero as soon as the person is linked, and any legal entity without a Xero connection is clearly flagged with a Connect Xero button.
