Once a tool is connected, Mo shows how many records it found and asks before it starts. It then brings over your HubSpot contacts and companies, your Xero contacts and your open sales invoices, or your Slack public channels and members in the background, and the plan shows how many have arrived so far. Deals, older invoices and bills, and public-channel message history can be started the same way afterwards. If an import stops partway, asking Mo to run that step again picks it back up. Automo only reads from your old tools and never changes anything in them.
