Pipeline stages now need different names
The enquiry setup and the pipeline editor tell you "Each stage needs a different name." when two stages share a name.

The enquiry setup and the pipeline editor tell you "Each stage needs a different name." when two stages share a name. The Create deal stage picker no longer shows a doubled entry for pipelines that already have one.
