Recurring bills now arrive numbered and taxed like any other bill
Bills created from a recurring schedule now get the next bill number and the tax rate you pick on the template, which defaults to your usual purchase tax.

Bills created from a recurring schedule now get the next bill number and the tax rate you pick on the template, which defaults to your usual purchase tax. New schedules can no longer start on a date in the past.
