Signing settings are now read-only for people with view-only access
If you can only view Signing, the settings page now says so, its controls are locked and there is no Save button.

If you can only view Signing, the settings page now says so, its controls are locked and there is no Save button. Saving reminders, email templates or default terms now tells you when a change could not be saved, so a "saved" message only appears when the change was actually stored.
