When an action is blocked by your plan, the upgrade window used to suggest whichever plan is marked most popular, which could be far more expensive than the one you actually need. It now works out the lowest plan that includes the specific feature you were blocked on, selects that one, and marks plans that still would not include it, so the price you see is the real cost of unlocking the thing you asked for.
