One library for every brand file, logos, images, video, audio, fonts, palettes and copy, with folders, tagging and permissions.

### Folders with per-folder visibility

Nested folders where each folder can be visible to everyone, to admins, or to specific roles.

Tag assets by hand or let AI describe and tag them, so search actually finds things.

### Asset version history and restore

Every replacement keeps the old file, compare versions and roll back if the wrong one went up.

Replace a logo or image once and push the change into every linked design, with an impact report first.

### Brand Hub (brand kits)

Define the brand, colours with roles and print values, typography styles, logo variants, voice and company details, and have it apply across the platform.

- **How:** Open Brand Hub and fill in colours, fonts, logos and company details.

1. Open Brand → Brand Hub.
2. Add colours and give them roles (primary, secondary, accent, background, text).
3. Add fonts (Google Fonts or upload your own) and define H1–H6 and body styles.
4. Upload logo variants and set which is primary, icon and wordmark.
5. Fill in company details so documents and templates auto-populate.

### Build a brand kit from a URL, social profile or PDF

Paste a website, social profile or brochure and get logo candidates, colours, fonts and company details extracted automatically.

- **How:** Choose Extract, paste the link or upload the PDF, then keep what it found.

### Brand locking on templates

Lock exactly what teams must not change, text, images, colours, fonts, position, size, or deletion, element by element.

- **Where:** Brand → Templates → template → Permissions
- **How:** Open a template’s permissions and lock the elements you want protected.

1. Open Brand → Templates and pick the template.
2. Open its Permissions panel.
3. For each element choose what stays editable, text, image swap, colour, font, move, resize, delete.
4. Save as a permission profile if you want to reuse the same rules.
5. Optionally apply the lock to every page in the design.

### Restrict templates to approved assets

Limit which assets or folders can be used inside a template, or block asset insertion entirely.

- **How:** Choose the folders or assets the template is allowed to use.

### Approval gates on share, download, export and publish

Require sign-off before work leaves the workspace, with approvals that go stale when the design changes afterwards.

AI suggests the right collection and writes the description for each template you publish.

Localise a design into other languages with AI plus human review, including right-to-left and CJK layouts.

Sell from a portal with a branded storefront and Stripe checkout.
