**Opens at:** `/retail/tables` in your workspace - **Apps:** available when one of these apps is on: `kitchen-tables` - **Also known as:** floor plan, seat guests, covers, table service ### Reservations Take and manage bookings against your real table capacity. - **Replaces:** OpenTable - **Also known as:** book a table, bookings, covers ### AI reservations An AI takes booking requests by phone or message and puts them in the book. - **Where:** Retail → AI Reservations - **Also known as:** ai takes bookings, automatic reservations ### Online ordering A branded ordering page customers can order from, feeding straight into the kitchen. - **Where:** Retail → Ordering - **How:** Open Retail → Ordering, publish the menu, then share the link. - **Opens at:** `/retail/ordering` in your workspace - **Apps:** available when one of these apps is on: `ordering` - **Also known as:** order online, takeaway, click and collect ### Storefront promotions & demand pricing Happy hours, flash sales and peak (demand) pricing for your online storefront, schedule automatic discounts for quiet hours or surcharges for busy windows. - **Where:** Retail → Ordering → Promotions - **How:** Open Retail → Ordering, switch to the Promotions tab, then pick a preset such as Happy hour tonight or Peak pricing, or build a custom promotion. - **You also need:** A connected payment provider - **Also known as:** card payments, stripe terminal, tap to pay ### Rentals & Hire Rent out equipment, rooms or items by the hour or day, with availability, deposits and returns through the same POS and customer list. - **Where:** Retail → Rentals - **How:** Open Retail → Rentals and create a rental item. - **Opens at:** `/retail/epos/rentals` in your workspace - **Apps:** available when one of these apps is on: `epos` - **Also known as:** hire, equipment rental, room rental, bookable items, deposits, returns ### Rental deposits & bond tracking Set a refundable deposit per rental item or per booking, collect it when the booking is taken, then track it as held, refunded or forfeited and release it back when items return. - **Opens at:** `/retail/epos/integrations` in your workspace - **Apps:** available when one of these apps is on: `epos` - **Who can use it:** Admins - **Also known as:** printer, card reader, connect hardware ### Till shifts (open and close the till) Cash trading runs inside a till shift: open the till with a float, trade, then close and reconcile. The dashboard warns when orders are running without an open shift, because that cash cannot be reconciled. - **Where:** Retail → Till Management (the dashboard banner points here) - **How:** Open the till at the start of trade with a counted float; close and count at the end. - **Opens at:** `/retail/till` in your workspace - **Apps:** available when one of these apps is on: `epos` - **Also known as:** open till, float, shift, no till open, cash drawer ### Table states, available, reserved, needs cleaning Each table carries a live state, so front-of-house sees at a glance how many are free, booked, or waiting to be turned. - **Where:** Retail → Tables (summarised on the dashboard as “Tables Occupied”) - **How:** Tap a table on the floor plan to change its state. - **Opens at:** `/retail/tables` in your workspace - **Apps:** available when one of these apps is on: `kitchen-tables` - **Also known as:** table status, needs cleaning, free tables, turn the table ### Walk-in waitlist Quote walk-ins a wait time and text them when the table is ready, they wait at the bar, not the door.
