## Capabilities

What you can do, product by product.

### Team chat

Channels and direct messages for the team, with mentions, threads and unread badges, docked next to whatever you’re working on.

- **Where:** Home → My Chat, or the chat dock on any page
- **How:** Open My Chat, or click the chat icon to open the dock.
- **Opens at:** `/intelligence/chat` in your workspace
- **Apps:** available when one of these apps is on: `chat`
- **Replaces:** Slack
- **Also known as:** slack, message a colleague, channels, dm

### Video and voice messages

Record a short screen or camera message instead of writing another paragraph.

- **Where:** Chat → composer → record
- **How:** In the chat composer, choose record and send.
- **Opens at:** `/chat?compose=video` in your workspace
- **Apps:** available when one of these apps is on: `chat`
- **Also known as:** voice note, record a message, video reply

### Quick replies from a notification

Answer a message straight from the toast without opening the conversation.

- **Where:** Anywhere, the toast that appears on a new message
- **How:** Type into the toast and send.
- **Apps:** available when one of these apps is on: `chat`
- **Also known as:** reply from popup, notification reply

### Command centre / catch-up

One feed of everything waiting on you across chat, mail, approvals, tickets and notifications.

- **Where:** Top bar → inbox icon
- **How:** Click the catch-up icon in the top bar.
- **Apps:** available in every workspace
- **Also known as:** what did i miss, catch up, urgent items

### DND and snooze

Hold notifications during hours you choose. Mute on a schedule or snooze until later. What still gets through is up to you.

- **Where:** Settings → Notifications → Quiet hours
- **How:** Open Settings → Notifications and set Quiet hours, plus what still gets through.
- **Opens at:** `/settings/notifications` in your workspace
- **Apps:** available in every workspace
- **Replaces:** Slack
- **Also known as:** quiet hours, do not disturb, dnd, mute notifications, notification quiet hours, snooze
