Support ticket alerts now show up under the Tickets filter
New support ticket notifications in the Catch Up panel were labelled CRM, so filtering by Tickets said you were all caught up even when tickets were waiting.

New support ticket notifications in the Catch Up panel were labelled CRM, so filtering by Tickets said you were all caught up even when tickets were waiting. They are now tagged as tickets, open the ticket itself when clicked, and the bell button announces itself correctly to screen readers.
