When you ask for approval to download, share, publish, export or print and the check cannot be completed, the request is no longer reported as "no approval workflow configured". You are told the request was not sent and asked to try again, and the action stays blocked. If your sign-in had gone stale on a tab left open for a long time, it is refreshed and the request is sent again for you. On the home page, retrying a failed automation run that someone else or the system started now explains why it cannot be retried from there.
