When Claude or ChatGPT needs something your workspace allows but your connection was set up before it existed, the assistant asks you to reconnect and approve it, instead of the feature silently not being there. When you reconnect Claude, the approval screen now lists everything your workspace allows, with mail, calendar and meeting access left for you to tick yourself.
