The Xero migration page now leads with Connect Xero. After you sign up you land on the Xero import itself, and after approving access in Xero you come back to it already connected, ready to pick what to bring across. The page says up front that connecting needs a paid plan and is a one-time import. The trial balance CSV option is still there for the Free plan.
