Dragging a tab into another window now works when that window keeps its tabs
Before, letting go anywhere on the side column except right on a tab, or on the collapsed icon rail, sent the tab off into a new window of its own.

Before, letting go anywhere on the side column except right on a tab, or on the collapsed icon rail, sent the tab off into a new window of its own. Now it joins the window you dropped it on, at the slot you aimed at when you drop it on the tabs. Private and normal windows still never swap tabs.
