Easier finance approval setup
Finance Settings now shows a short setup checklist for approvals, so admins can see whether approvers, a fallback approver and escalation are in place.

Finance Settings now shows a short setup checklist for approvals, so admins can see whether approvers, a fallback approver and escalation are in place. When no approvers are set up, the Approvals page says so and links straight to the settings, so it no longer looks like you're all caught up.
