Opening a call now shows who the caller is in your CRM (or lets you add them in one step), their earlier calls and who took them, and the callback with its owner and due time. Voicemails get a callback assigned to the line's owner automatically, Catch Up shows who it's assigned to, and adding a callback to your calendar twice no longer creates a duplicate.
