When a manager holds or refutes a time entry, the employee now gets a push alert that opens their own My Time page, where a new "Needs your reply" card shows the note, lets them reply or mark the detail as added, and lets them message the manager. Managers see whether each note was sent, seen and answered, can send a reminder, and can message the person straight from the member view. Unread notes are followed up automatically, and returned timesheets now get the same push alert and are marked done when resubmitted.
