When you ask Mo in the app to delete your account, sort out billing or report something that is broken, it files the request with Automo's support team straight away, gives you the ticket number, and tells you the reply will come to your email and appear on your My Support page. Mo no longer points you at settings that do not exist or offers a support ticket it then refuses to create.
