the preview tools row now shows an inline − 100% + stepper that steps through fixed zoom levels, tapping the value opens a zoom sheet with a slider that keeps 100% in the middle, one-tap zoom levels and a "Zoom to selected clip" action that zooms to 250% centred on the selection, and a "Back to 100%" chip appears over the frame whenever the view is zoomed in. Pinching the preview drives the same controls and snaps to 100% as you pass through it.
