The roles you can hand out when adding someone now match the roles described on the Roles tab and the roles you can fine-tune under Role Permissions, so you can always see and adjust exactly what a role grants before giving it to someone. Each option in the picker shows a one-line description, and choosing a group-scoped role now asks which group it applies to. The "Department Admin" role, which promised department-level limits the product never applied, is no longer offered when inviting.
