When the same person used both company single sign-on and an email and password, the platform could end up with two separate accounts for them, and signing in with the wrong one showed an empty or wrong workspace. New duplicates are now folded into the account your company sign-on uses, so your role and workspace access stay in one place, and the team can now see at a glance that the cleanup is actually running.
