Creating a voice agent that speaks more than one language, for example English plus Mandarin, no longer fails silently, and if a save ever does fail you now see why. New agents default to a local voice for your region (an Australian business gets an Australian voice), a workspace's only agent automatically becomes its default, and you can add website pages, files or FAQs as knowledge right from the agent editor. The receptionist wizard's practice conversation also no longer claims your receptionist is already live on a phone line.
