After every call you get a notification with what the caller wanted, what was asked for and when, what the agent promised and the single next step — important calls are also emailed to the team, urgent ones can also arrive as a text, and any follow-up the conversation earned is created as a task assigned to the right person or team (Sales, Marketing, Operations, Accounts, Support, Recruitment). The receptionist no longer promises to connect callers to named colleagues or commit the business to prices and dates, and the call report flags any turn where it overstepped. Each bot is now configurable from its editor: a new Bot rules tab sets how carefully it speaks (guarded promises or strict, no promises), whether it may name colleagues, commit to times and prices, or share internal details, plus its own extra rules, follow-up task defaults, report email, urgent-call SMS number and live transfer.
