A new "Messages for you" tile counts voicemails, call back and meeting requests, people who asked for a person when nobody picked up, and messages callers left with the phone agent. It opens a list showing who it was, what they wanted and when, with Call back and Reply buttons; Reply opens a text already addressed to them. Every number on a bot's Reports also opens what it counts: Leads lists the people the bot found, each counted once, and Calls and Texts open Phone history narrowed to that bot. The daily messages chart is labelled as website chat with the phone channels beside it, and empty tiles explain where their data comes from.
