Clearer reasons when a file upload fails
When an upload doesn't finish, the upload panel now opens and says why under the file name.

When an upload doesn't finish, the upload panel now opens and says why under the file name. Possible reasons: the file is still downloading (for example a ".part" or ".crdownload" file), it is empty, it is over the 1 GB limit, its type isn't supported, the connection dropped, or your session expired. Unfinished downloads are now stopped straight away instead of failing partway through the upload.
