Creating or switching your default entity (for example from Finance > ESOPs) automatically fills the legal name, address and registration details used on invoices, documents and e-signatures, and entity types now show the exact legal form you picked (like "Proprietary Limited Company (Pty Ltd)") instead of a generic label. When your company details differ from your default entity, the Company settings page flags it with a one-click "Use entity" fix.
