When an equity plan reserves shares for an option pool, the overview lists that pool separately in the share breakdown and in the Option Pool card, and the cap table tabs use the same fully diluted figure, so a founder with no pool reserved still sees 100%. The Issued Shares card now also matches the issued shares shown in Quick stats.
