Merging duplicate staff records is now safe and clear
When you merge two staff records you now see both side by side, choose which one stays, and pick which name, email, phone or other details it keeps.

When you merge two staff records you now see both side by side, choose which one stays, and pick which name, email, phone or other details it keeps. The record with a login is chosen by default, so opening the merge from a secondary record no longer deletes the main one. When someone is set to Terminated or Resigned you're offered to hand their open deals, contacts, tasks and tickets to a teammate, and owner pickers show the email next to teammates who share a first name.
