Members now get a way to act on it. When a workspace runs out of AI credits, people without billing access used to see a "View credits" button that bounced them to their profile page with no explanation. They now see "Ask a workspace admin to top up" with a "Request credits" button that emails the workspace admins, and the upgrade chip in the sidebar is only shown to people who can actually buy.
