When a shared design link stopped loading part-way on a returning visitor's phone, the page waited and then showed a "couldn't load" screen.

When a shared design link stopped loading part-way on a returning visitor's phone, the page waited and then showed a "couldn't load" screen. It now reloads itself once, which is what gets the design on screen.
