New customers who choose "Email me a sign-in link" receive a "Confirm your email" message that matches what the screen promised, instead of a generic sign-in email that looked like it belonged to an account they never had. The page the link opens now talks about finishing setup rather than signing in. People who already have an account still get the familiar sign-in email.
