Uploads panel view buttons are now labelled
The grid and list view buttons in the design editor's Uploads panel now have names and show which view is active.

The grid and list view buttons in the design editor's Uploads panel now have names and show which view is active. Screen readers announce them, and hovering a button shows its name.
