Turn it on once with your master password and Automo Vault opens by itself whenever you need it, including after it locks itself while you are away. Your master password is still required to set the vault up, export or delete it, turn two-factor off, change the password, rotate the recovery code, or set up another computer, and the option is not offered while two-factor is on.
