Opening a chat bot's Conversations tab now lists the calls, voicemails, texts and WhatsApp messages its phone agent handled alongside website chats, with a channel filter. Calls where the caller left word for you are marked "Message for you", so you no longer see 0 when people have been trying to reach you.
