Every contact gets a time zone automatically from its phone or mobile number, and when a contact has no number, its state or province (for US, Canada and Australia) resolves one instead. The zone shows up the same way on the Leads table, the Contacts table and the contact detail panel, so calling by time zone needs no manual entry.
