If your workspace has no bank account yet, the New Payment Run dialog now explains that a run pays from one of your bank accounts and gives you a button straight to Banking to add one, instead of an empty drop-down. On the Payment Runs and Recurring bills tabs, the page header no longer shows an unrelated "New expense" button.
