Creating a restricted folder now tells you what's missing
When you pick Restricted in New folder and haven't chosen a group yet, the dialog now says "Pick at least one group who can see this folder" next to the group…

When you pick Restricted in New folder and haven't chosen a group yet, the dialog now says "Pick at least one group who can see this folder" next to the group list and on the Create button, so you know exactly what to do. The message disappears and Create unlocks as soon as you pick a group.
