Workspace owners and admins can now connect Freshdesk with an agent API key and bring past tickets, with their conversations, status and dates, into Automo.

Workspace owners and admins can now connect Freshdesk with an agent API key and bring past tickets, with their conversations, status and dates, into Automo. Nothing is sent to customers or teammates, tickets already imported are skipped, and a stopped import continues where it left off. The CSV importer keeps working as before.
