Proposals sent for signature used to show "Sent" as their status but "Not sent" in the Sent column.

Proposals sent for signature used to show "Sent" as their status but "Not sent" in the Sent column. They now show the real send date, agreements already affected have their date restored, and workspaces that hit their monthly sending limit see the upgrade prompt instead of a failed send.
