Ruler guides now work in the normal design view
Dragging from a ruler onto a page now places a guide in the scrolling multi-page view designs open in.

Dragging from a ruler onto a page now places a guide in the scrolling multi-page view designs open in. Each guide stays on the page you dropped it on, elements snap to it, and its menu (duplicate, lock, delete) and the toggle guides command all work there too.
