Bug reports sent to the automatic fix agent now go to the right place. Reports from the mobile app are worked on against the code the app actually runs, instead of the web version, so a mobile-only problem is no longer investigated in the wrong place. Reports that no code change can resolve — an account someone else is using, a billing request, data that did not carry over, or an email that was never a bug report at all — are now recognised in every language we receive tickets in, not just English, and are handed to a person instead with an explanation.
