Working on a spreadsheet from a phone is tidier. The formatting bar now sits on the sheet tabs at the bottom of the screen and uses the full width, instead of floating above them squeezed into a narrow pill with most of its buttons scrolled out of view. And all the workbook actions have moved out of the small draggable icon rail and into a single button in the bottom-right corner: tap it and the whole actions menu opens, with Insert, Format, Data and View as tabs and a search box to jump straight to anything.
