When Clean-up merges duplicate companies, contacts or deals, it now keeps the record holding the linked deals (open first, then won, then lost, by value), contacts and recent activity, instead of whichever record had the most fields filled in. Compare now shows exactly what moves to the kept record, such as contacts, deals, emails, tasks, notes, files, quotes, invoices and tickets. Deals with different amounts or stages are never merged automatically: you pick the deal and the value to keep, or keep both as separate deals.
