When you ask Mo how to delete your account, it now describes the deletion option that really exists in Settings and who can use it, and says plainly when it does not apply to you. If you ask Mo to have support delete your account, it files the request with Automo's support team and gives you the ticket number, or tells you clearly that nothing was sent.
