The Freshdesk migration page now leads with connecting your Freshdesk account using your Freshdesk address and an API key, which brings every ticket across with its full conversation, replies and private notes. After you sign up you land straight on the Freshdesk import in Support. Dropping a ticket CSV still works as a fallback for ticket fields only.
