Sent emails now appear once on a contact's activity
Emailing a contact from their record logged the same message up to three times in Recent activity and showed two "sent" confirmations.

Emailing a contact from their record logged the same message up to three times in Recent activity and showed two "sent" confirmations. Each email now shows as a single entry with a single confirmation, so activity counts reflect what was actually sent.
