anyone set to on leave with no approved leave shows a "No approved leave" note saying who changed their status and when, with one-click options to set them back to active or record the leave. HR admins, the person who made the change and the staff member are notified, the team's time-off channel gets a short note, and the full detail goes into the HR audit log. One-on-Ones now lists everyone employed or contracted, including people on leave. The roster, One-on-Ones, Team Monitoring and Time & Attendance all show each person's HR name with their nickname beside it, and avatar initials match the name shown.
